I usually don’t write reviews however, it will be a crime to not talk about the amazing talent that is Angie Ferris as a Real Estate Professional. As an Active Duty service member and a veteran homeowner (having purchased in the past), I wasn’t ready to be sweet-talked nor pursued into signing a contract with an Agent when we moved to Alaska. Of all the Agents my wife surveyed online and within the local community, Angie Ferris at Military Movers Real Estate LLC is miles ahead of the pack. From Day 1, Angie’s goal was “I want the best for your family and I don’t care about the money or signing a contract” she simply wanted to show us every available option in the market. Talk about easy-going, Angie showed us well over 20 properties within Eagle River, South Anchorage and Wasilla (she must have driven 500 miles without using a GPS to get us around” ??. Although, my preference was to stay in Eagle River, boy I’m glad she drove us to Wasilla 3 times in search of the perfect home because we found a hidden germ at The Ranch. Once we decided on the house, Angie was incredible and tenacious in negotiating on our behalf. She got us everything we wanted and then some. To put the icing on the cake, she ripped my pre-approval into pieces and got us a much better deal/rate with her contacts which saved us tens of thousands on the loan. FYSA, I didn’t use VA nor did I bring anything to closing all because of Angie Ferris. You will be very lucky to have Angie represent you whether you’re buying or selling a home!
