    Alicia Harriman really goes above and beyond when it comes to her clients. She makes the experience of buying a home as smooth and comfortable as possible. Even when there are hiccups along the way, and trust me, we had more than a few lol She is super sweet, her communication is top notch, and all around great to work with, as well as the rest of her team. Would recommend her for anyone buying a home in the Fayetteville area. 10/10!

Because we were out of state, she went above and beyond (basically acting as a property manager) to help us after tenants moved out, complete some repairs/updates, help deal with a furnace that went out, and all of the actual real estate items.     Alicia from MMRE Fort Bragg helped my new husband and I find our first home! Not only were we first time home buyers, but also newly married and it was our first PCS with the Army. Alicia made a stressful time such an amazing experience. I wasn't local during the home search process, which is common for military families, and Alicia went out of her way to keep me informed daily, to go to all showings and send detailed videos. She truly made me and my husband feel comfortable, and was informative and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process.     We can't say enough good things about Alicia from MMRE! New to the area and first-time buyers. If we had to go through the whole process over again, we would 100% contact Alicia. She was a GREAT agent. Any questions we had were answered quickly and confidently, and we were never unsure of what was happening during the whole process. Any friends, family, or co-workers interested in buying in the area are definitely getting her card from us. She was helping other clients at the same time as us, but we literally could not tell that we weren't the only family she was working with, she was so quick and attentive to our questions and requests. Working with her to buy this house was one of the easiest and least stressful things we have done this year, and that actually kind of means a lot in 2020.

    I usually don’t write reviews however, it will be a crime to not talk about the amazing talent that is Angie Ferris as a Real Estate Professional. As an Active Duty service member and a veteran homeowner (having purchased in the past), I wasn’t ready to be sweet-talked nor pursued into signing a contract with an Agent when we moved to Alaska. Of all the Agents my wife surveyed online and within the local community, Angie Ferris at Military Movers Real Estate LLC is miles ahead of the pack. From Day 1, Angie’s goal was “I want the best for your family and I don’t care about the money or signing a contract” she simply wanted to show us every available option in the market. Talk about easy-going, Angie showed us well over 20 properties within Eagle River, South Anchorage and Wasilla (she must have driven 500 miles without using a GPS to get us around” ??. Although, my preference was to stay in Eagle River, boy I’m glad she drove us to Wasilla 3 times in search of the perfect home because we found a hidden germ at The Ranch. Once we decided on the house, Angie was incredible and tenacious in negotiating on our behalf. She got us everything we wanted and then some. To put the icing on the cake, she ripped my pre-approval into pieces and got us a much better deal/rate with her contacts which saved us tens of thousands on the loan. FYSA, I didn’t use VA nor did I bring anything to closing all because of Angie Ferris. You will be very lucky to have Angie represent you whether you’re buying or selling a home!     I scoured homes on Zillow for close to a year before reaching out to a realtor. In my searches, I quickly realized that I was never going to find my dream house in my price range and I had accepted that. When I met with Janine I told her the things I really wanted in a home. I knew I couldn’t get all of them but hopefully she could help me get most of them. We looked at several homes while she learned my likes and style. Janine helped me analyze them with a professional and neutral eye. Once she had an idea of what I wanted, she found multiple homes that were *exactly* what I was looking for. I NEVER expected to be able to afford the type of home she found for my family. She is truly a gift and I will never be able to recommend her enough!
